While I'm a fan of Victoria Rowell's (I meet her at a book sigining,2007) and she was very nice; I must say I'm not sure if I like the dress! Now let's be clear I love my Presdient and own a T-shirt and hat bearing his name,but this for such a formal event-Vicky honey! I can't say that I approve of this!
