This has me so furious and sad at the same time,myself being a mother of a autistic child. I can't explain what I would do if I knew that ANYONE had done my son this way. I do admit that it is a challenge to raise a special needs child,but it never gives anybody an excuse to slap a child;no matter how frustrated you are. I really feel bad for the child because after this incident I know the child will be left with uncertainty of whether he can trust this adult again,especially someone that was suppose to be helping him.I do hope she was fired!
