'24' President Has His First Daughter

Actress Golden Brooks and '24' vet D.B. Woodside are the proud parents of a daughter, their rep tells PEOPLE. Dakota Tao Brooks-Woodside arrived on Sept. 1 and "everyone is insanely in love with her," Golden says. "We're so happy."
"My mom and dad have moved in to be around her that much more! We're already calling her our little jumping bean because she's so active!"
Woodside is best known for playing President Wayne Palmer on '24.' Brooks played a lead role on the CW sitcom, 'Girlfriends' and will next be seen on the indie film, 'Polish Bar.'
