The legendary neighborhood now has a walk of fame of its own.
The famed Apollo Theater unveiled a boulevard of stars along W. 125th St. Monday - featuring musical icons like James Brown and Patti LaBelle.
"I started out in the Apollo, and it will always be a home to me," R&B legend Smokey Robinson said about his star.
LaBelle also chimed in, "My career began at the Apollo, so I'm humbled to be able to be a part of its rich and continued legacy."
Next to be honored at the Harlem Walk of Fame: Michael Jackson and Aretha Franklin.
