Maxwell-"Pretty Wings" video

It's been a long time coming to get any new music from Maxwell and he has delivered. I have been a fan of Maxwell's since his first effort(Maxwell's URBAN HANG SUITE) in 1996. I wanted to see him in concert since he toured in 1999/00 and I did get to recently this past October, he was well "worth the wait". Maxwell gave his fans a snippet of the song {Pretty Wings} sometime last year;via his MySpace profile. Althrough th sniipet was about 30 seconds long- I knew the entire song would be a masterpiece. Enjoy the song and the video.

I have found out that a elementary/middle school classmate of mine (Sedar Jones) is a musican and is part of a jazz group called "TOTAL SILENCE". You can find the CD on CDBaby.com-the music is AMaZING,Total Silence is worth hearing!

What I'm Listening To.....

I'm not a BIG,BIG fan of just any random hip-hop/rap artist;however I decided to give a listen to {Gucci Mane},although the name is familiar I wouldn't consider myself a fan. But I did hear a track the other night on the way home from my husband's birthday party,the song was playing on the radio. The song is named "Photo Shoot" (I think) my daughter and her BFF's knew what the song was because they rap/sang along with it! Which further let's me know I'm outta "the loop".
